If you have forgotten your password or otherwise have trouble logging in to your Storefront account, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot password link underneath the sign-in form:
If you do not see a Forgot password link, your site administrator should be contacted directly for further assistance. Please contact support@bpimediagroup.com if you need additional guidance.
After clicking the link, you will be taken to a form asking for your email address. This should be the email address associated with your Storefront user account. Submitting that email address there will result in a unique password reset link being sent to that email address. Following that unique link will allow you to reset your password.
